4.Strong leadership decision-making ability, coordination ability, communication ability, team management ability, resource integration ability and reform and innovation consciousness;
5.I was able to lead the team to develop the layout of medical, pension and health related industries, and complete the business objectives and tasks of my tenure。
(III) Qualification of Deputy general manager
1.Bachelor degree or above in medical related major, senior professional title or above, with solid professional theory and knowledge;
2.Have rich experience in hospital management, have working experience in secondary or above hospitals, or have working experience in third grade A hospital department director or above;
3.Familiar with relevant national and local policies and regulations of the medical and health industry, familiar with the development law and trend of the industry, familiar with the business and market of enterprise hospitals, elderly care services and health-related fields;

5.Able to assist the general manager to actively carry out the layout of medical, pension and health related industries, and complete the business objectives and responsibilities of the term of office。

V. Position management and salary treatment
